Safelist Rules:

  • Free Members receive mail from all Members

  • Members agree to receive messages from Admin at their CONTACT address

  • Free Members post Once every Seven Days!

  • No hate, racial, scams, adult, or offensive content allowed

  • No business 'opportunities' directly or indirectly >related to producing or promoting, material of an erotic nature (including but not limited to URL's that directly or indirectly point to the following erotic media: chatrooms, websites, newsletters, franchise opportunities, and webhosting)

  • No autoresponders

  • Contact and Subscription Address Must be Different

  • No replies to other member messages

  • Spam filters are strictly prohibited. Authenticate notices received from Spam Arrest, and similar programs will be ignored, and the subscriber account deleted. Subscriber agrees to allow Elist-Hosting and/or the Safelist owner to sue them independently or jointly for damages that may arise from the use of Spam filters.

  • Bouncing email accounts (Contact and Subscription) are placed on vacation by the safelist script. Your email account may bounce for several reasons including but not limited to full mailboxes, timeout errors with your email server, and connection refused by your email server.

  • It is your responsibility to make sure both your contact and subscription email accounts remain bounce free.
