Registration Rules:

  • Your domain registration is good for one year. To continue your registration, there will be a recurring fee due on or before your domain name is set to expire. The current cost of which is $15 per year.

  • The cost of your domain registration for next year may change without notice if our registrar increases the price of domain registration.

  • If you are administering your own domain at the registrar, you must change your name servers to ns2.elist-hosting.net and ns3.elist-hosting.net if we are hosting your site. It will take from 24 - 72 hours for your DNS change to propogate.

  • If we are hosting your site, and administering your domain at the registrar, Elist-Hosting will maintain the necessary name server entries at the registrar. It will take from 24 - 72 hours for your DNS change to propagate from the time you purchase your domain name.

  • In the event of account termination, Elist-Hosting will provided a zip file containing pertinent information as pre-determined by Elist-Hosting and the Client

  • All domain registration subscriptions will renew automatically unless we receive telephone communication within 6 days of the renewal date.

  • The client (you) has the right to take control of their own domain name at any time, including transfer of the domain name to another registrar; however, this does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid to Elist-Hosting.

  • All payment processors must be approved by Elist-Hosting prior to placing links or logos on your website hosted by Elist-Hosting. Specifically we prohibit the use of Paypal links, buttons, or logos on your web pages. Elist-Hosting has complied with PayPal's request to remove all Paypal links, logos, and buttons from all community sites we host. Placing Paypal links, buttons, or logos on any of your web pages will result in the immediate termination of your hosting account without notice.Attempts at hacking, bootlegging scripts, etc. will result in the immediate termination of your account and you will be responsible for any damages that may incur directly or indirectly as a result.

  • Elist-Hosting maintains the right to terminate or change this agreement at any time with or without notice.
